80 year old rising star!

If you are not familiar with Janey Cutler, I suggest that you google her on line today! Ms. Cutler is Britain's 80 year old singing sensation who recently wowed both the crowd and the judges with her version of "No Regrets" on the highly rated talent contest "Britain's Got Talent." They really do. And they are not all young, fearless and vivacious; but many are older, and filled with spirit and vigor. First it was 47 year old Susan Boyle who annihilated the stereotypical image of a rising star; and now it's 80 year old Janey Cutler, mother of 7, grandmother of 13 and great grand mother of 4 who's bringing home the truism that divine gifts are ageless.


And ageless, too, is her effervescent personality, her sense of humor and her dynamic wisdom. After her stunning performance, one judge asked the question"How long have you waited to do this?" She paused, reflectively, answering "I'm just thankful to be here tonight." The perfect answer! It does not matter how long she waited, the glory of it is that she's doing it now. It's the same with you and me--and the gifts we possess inside of us.
